About
Across Nigeria, a growing number of young people are launching sustainability initiatives, social enterprises, and community projects to address environmental and social challenges. Many of them are driven by passion and strong ideas, but they often lack access to experienced practitioners who can share what it actually takes to build sustainable solutions. Susty Masterclass was created to fill that gap. The programme brings together emerging sustainability leaders to learn directly from experts working across climate action, circular economy, sustainability communication, business strategy, and environmental innovation.
Who It Is For
Susty Masterclass is designed for young Nigerians running or launching a sustainability initiative, social enterprise, or community project; emerging changemakers who are passionate about sustainability and want to strengthen their ideas and leadership; and SustyVibers and alumni looking to grow their work and connect with others in the sustainability ecosystem.
What Participants Gain
Participants learn directly from professionals working across sustainability sectors including climate innovation, recycling, sustainability reporting, and social enterprise. Sessions focus on real-world lessons from practitioners who share their experiences building organisations, developing sustainability strategies, and navigating challenges in the field.
