Who Are SustyVibers?
SustyVibers are the volunteers who power SustyVibes. They are young people who believe the world can be better and are willing to do something about it. Since 2016, hundreds of SustyVibers have given their time, ideas, and energy to support our programmes, lead community actions, and help shape this organisation into what it is today. They are not just volunteers. They are co-creators, changemakers, and the community that sustains our work.
How SustyVibers Shape Our Work
SustyVibers design and lead projects on the sustainability issues they care about most, in the communities where they live. From tree planting drives and street cleanups to film screenings, and community campaigns. If it happened under the SustyVibes banner, a SustyViber likely drove it. Beyond projects, SustyVibers shape the organisation itself. Strategic decisions are made collaboratively by the community, alongside our board and core team. Town halls, community reviews, and open calls mean every SustyViber has a voice in where we go next.
